Since the 18th CPC National Congress in 2012, the Party Central Committee has united and led the entire Party and the people of all ethnic groups in the country to fight a decisive battle against poverty that was unprecedented in scale and intensity in human history, putting poverty alleviation in the prominent position of governance.
