In order to deeply implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 19th Party Congress, deeply implement the spirit of the National Education Conference, and solidly promote the implementation of the Opinions of the State Council of the CPC Central Committee on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of Teacher Construction in a New Era, against the background of severe situation of epidemic prevention and control, the School of Marxism actively strengthened the construction of faculty members’ ideology and politics and teachers’ virtue cultivation, as well as carried out thematic learning and tests of the Ten Rules for Professional Behavior of University Teachers in a New Era and other documents related to teacher moral construction in various forms, such as branch self-study, study led by members of the school CPC Committee, and tests.
On the afternoon of April 29, 2022, according to the thematic learning arrangement of the Department of Faculty Affairs & Faculty Development of the University CPC Committee and School, and combined with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, all faculty and staff of the School invited members of the School CPC Committee to each branch for leading learning. Focusing on the Ten Rules for Professional Behavior of University Teachers in a New Era, the Guidelines of the Ministry of Education on the Handling of University Teachers’ Misconduct, and the Codes of Conduct for Guidance of Graduate Tutors for in-depth study.
In order to consolidate the learning effect, and pay attention to the process, each Teaching and Research Section conducted relevant tests, as one of the learning methods, after thematic learning.
