According to the “Measures of the School of Marxism of Southwest Jiaotong University for Supporting the Publishing of Academic Works (Trial)”, after the author’s application, qualification examination, experts review, professor committee review, the School CPC Committee’s deliberation, and the School’s Joint Party-Government Conference’s approval, the publication project to be funded is announced on the School website. Within one week from the date of publication, any unit and individual holding objections to the announced project shall report the situation in writing form to the School of Marxism in their true identities, and the School guarantees to keep the identity of the objector confidential.
