According to the Requirements of the Support Programs of Teaching Quality Improvement of the School of Marxism (Tentative), the 2019-2020 annual appraisal of the approved support program is to be carried out. Details of the appraisal are as follows:
1. Leaders of the programs should fill in the appraisal forms as required. See the annexes for details: Teaching Office Appraisal Form (Annex 2), Teaching Team Appraisal Form (Annex 3), Discipline Development Appraisal Form (Annex 4), and Teaching Resources and Platform Appraisal Form (Annex 5).
2. The task and goal of each program should be specified according to the Requirements of the Support Programs of Teaching Quality Improvement of the School of Marxism (Tentative). See Annex I for details.
3. The period of the 2019-2020 annual appraisal is April 2019–April 2020. Only the results achieved during such period can be recorded in the appraisal forms. Achievements of anyone who participates in more than one teaching teams can only be counted for one team. Matters of the attribution will be discussed and determined by the teams involved.
4. All achievements should be substantiated by their originals, approved copies or other supporting materials.
5. All appraisal-related materials should be submitted as a .zip file, named “Materials of XXXX (teaching studio, teaching team, discipline development or teaching resources and platform) for the 2019-2020 Appraisal".
6. Please collect all the materials for the appraisal (including the appraisal form and supporting materials) from your departments and sections, and submit them before 17:00 on June 19, 2020 to Ms. Li Lei’s e-mail box: 644281707@qq.com.
7. Please prepare an appraisal report of about 3 minutes, and make a PPT. Time and manner of the appraisal debriefing are subject to further notice.
